Tri-Partite Consultancy Agreement

This agreement is in long format and therefore a very comprehensive and detailed agreement suitable for the professional relationship between the Customer, the Provider and the Consultant.

There are various types of consultancy agreements. This agreement should be used in cases where the Customer wishes to hire the services of a service Provider, who will provide a specific Consultant to carry out the professional services required by the Customer. The professional relationship between the Customer, the Provider and the Consultant is regulated by this agreement (commonly called a tri-partite consultancy agreement).
